Justin's story
I'm Justin Campbell, an independent travel advisor based in Marchwood, just outside Southampton. Before launching PassportbyJustin Travel, I spent 12 years working in hotels — front of house, guest services and management — solving problems for guests under pressure and learning exactly what makes a property worth recommending.
That background is the difference. I can see past the glossy photographs and marketing copy, because I know how hotels actually run. When I put you in a room, it is because I believe it will suit you, not because it appeared at the top of a search page.
I work with clients close to home in Hampshire and right across the UK, planning everything from weekend staycations to honeymoons, cruises, family holidays and once-in-a-lifetime long-haul trips.

How I work
1. We talk
A relaxed consultation about your travel style, who is travelling, your dates and your budget.
2. I curate
I research and shortlist destinations and properties that genuinely fit, and share the best options I can find.
3. I book
Once you're happy, I handle the bookings, the paperwork and the details you'd rather not think about.
4. I'm here
I stay your point of contact right through your trip until you're safely home again.
Where I work
Based in Marchwood on the Waterside, I look after clients in Southampton, Marchwood, Totton, Hythe, The Waterside, New Forest, Eastleigh, Romsey, Winchester, Hampshire and across the rest of the UK — in person, by phone or online, whichever suits you.
